Introduction

Chimpino is using open source software Mautic®. All customer data are in accordance with applicable laws such as the GDPR in European Union. Chimpino do not rent or sell customer data. Chimpino uses Stripe as payment service provider.

Privacy

Chimpino uses email to contact our contacts who did submit the contact form and sends updates only to those who checked  the checkbox for subscribe for updates like the new releases of the AI Plugin.

We use opensource Mautic® for marketing automation and website analysis. We evaluate reactions to our website, messages and behaviour of the visitors. We store only basic data which customer provide trough contact form or trough order form.

Stored data

We store e-mail address, name, company and address in order to send invoices to our customer and to comply with our tax obligations.
